Presenting “US GAAP/IFRS” and” International Tax” Seminars
We will provide two seminars:
1) US GAAP/IFRS Seminar – 12 hours (4 sessions x 3 hours each)
2) International Tax Update – 12 hours (4 sessions x 3 hours each)
All sessions are NASBA approved CPE courses. You will receive 3 credits for each session, totaling 12 CPE hours for each seminar. You will receive NASBA CPE certificates for the credits obtained.

Seminars will be presented in English, but course materials will be provided in both English and Japanese. We will have Q&A sessions in both English and Japanese after the seminar.
INSTRUCTOR:
Pro-Vider’s Technical Advisor, Cecil K. Nazareth, CPA, MBA, Chartered Accountant, will discuss all the latest changes in Accounting and Auditing standards in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS. He has conducted over 200 technical sessions for the AICPA, CCH, CFO magazine and various other organizations. He is a Chartered Accountant, a CPA, and a leading expert in IFRS. Cecil also teaches International Tax and has recently authored a book titled “International Tax and Compliance Handbook.”

SEMINAR FEE:
US GAAP/IFRS: JPY60,000 (12 NASBA approved CPE credit hours)
INTERNATIONAL TAX: JPY60,000 (12 NASBA approved CPE credit hours)
*Each seminar is 12 NASBA approved CPE credit hours (4 sessions x 3 credit hours per session). However, if seats are available after June 15th, partial registration (any combination of available courses) can be requested.
*Any 1 session: JPY18,500; 2 sessions: JPY33,000; 3 sessions: JPY48,000; each additional session exceeding 4 sessions: JPY15,000/session.
Please note, due to the on-line payment system limitation, each session is set at JPY18,500. If you choose partial registration as mentioned above, you will receive a refund for the difference.
